Adobe Online Marketing Suite by Omniture




omnitureProper marketing is the key for success in any business. By having the right marketing strategy, you can cover the desired client base as per your requirement. Marketing is the all round activity, that starts from the origination of value, communicating them thorough the proper channel, exchange of the values, and the after sales services. Without any doubt, this whole process involves rigorous handling of enormous amounts data, which you need to convert to valuable intelligence, and based on this, you need to make the right decision for your business.

The situation becomes a bit tougher when you have an online business. Here you are not getting the face-to-face interaction with the clients to get feedback on your products, stores and services. In this regard, you are to rely on the parameters like the querries they make on your website, their user journey, the purchases they make, the sources they use to enter your website .. and much more that traditional web analytics tools provide you. But where these web analytics tools stop Adobe Online Marketing suite comes into play.  Actually,  it is the Omniture software that is under the hood of this Adobe Suite that gives you the 360-degree view and in-dept analysis of all the visitors activities on your website and Internet. And once you have this intelligence, the job of targeting and serving your visitors best to let your online business grow becomes must more easier for you.

Because this is also my primairy goal, helping clients to improve their online conversion rates, attract more quality traffic, understanding the nature and needs of my visitors and finally become more succesful, I decided to take a closer look at this fine piece of software to see how it works and what features it has. Although my web analytics expertise is more based on Google Analytics, SiteStat and Statcounter I was tipped by my collegua Remko Reinders to really dive into Adobe Online Marketing Suite CS5 as it is told to be the Rolce Roys under all web analytics tools and contains a really extensive package of integrated features which give you just ALL you need to do your job as online marketeer and not only the traditional features. As I am self not experienced yet with Adobe and Omniture,  I see this review as learning process for myself to get known and familiar with this Suite and all functionalities it brings to the table. I like to share this with you.
